Whats is all about?

The PADI Discover Local Diving program is a supervised underwater tour designed to orientate certified divers to unfamiliar aquatic conditions and environments. It may also be used to re-introduce divers to the open water environment after a period of diving inactivity.

You may choose to discover new aspects of a dive site close to home or get an orientation to the local area while on holiday. The guidance by one of our Instructors or Divemasters allows participants to comfortably explore different underwater environments, find items of interest and avoid potential hazards. If you have been inactive lately you may find that the Scuba Review program combined with Discover Local Diving is just what you need to get back into the water.

 
Scuba Review

So, you have your PADI diving certification and you haven't been scuba diving for over six months? You are feeling a little rusty!! You're about to go on your holidays and you feel you will scuba dive while on your trip. The question is, do you feel comfortable about diving with out a scuba tune up? Sound familiar? If the answer is yes then you need to do a Scuba Review.

Basically its a PADI refresher course. The primary purpose of a Scuba Review is to help certified divers update their dive knowledge and skills, especially after a period of diving inactivity. A diver doing a Scuba Review will check his or her diving Knowledge with a qualified PADI professional in the classroom and will then proceed to the Swimming Pool to polish up on his or her scuba skills. It is not an exam. Its a total refresher course aimed at getting you back into the water and back into scuba diving.
